1.Before offer price, what information do I need to provide you?
Answer:We need to know the product pictures, material, size, color, logo etc.Requires, then we could check and offer price to you.
2.Can you send the sample to me for check the quality?
Answer:Send sample is ok, the sample is free of charge, but do you have courier account number?Then I could send sample to you with freight collect.
3.After I made payment, how long I could get my order?
Answer:For some customzed product, we may need open mould to make, open mould and make sample need take about 8-10 days.After confirmed sample, we begin to make mass order.In general, for 2000 pcs order, the product time need take about 12-15 days.
4.The metal material whether will cause allergy?
Answer:Our material is eco-friendly metal zinc alloy, the content of Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Chromium is very low, the Lead is under 40 Pbm.
5.How I make payment?
